| Jinhui Group is one of the earliest manufacturers to adopt tinned
plating technics. We have two tinned plating lines from German
Niehoff, together with the rod breakdown drawing line for built-up
of the first Asian series production line to produce tinned copper
wires directly from copper rod with annual productivity of
20,000MT.The whole process flow is 8MM copper rod drawing annealing
electrolytic degreasing--- five times waterfall rinsing--- acid
cleaning--- tin electroplating--- economically rinsing--- five
times waterfall rinsing-- packaging. | ||||

| Features: Imported original electroplating liquid and sulphur-free polish is used, which has a leading position in electroplating industry. The whole production line has the advanced control system of PLC technology and the environmental protection system in processing waste water and gas. All the performance of such products can meet the requirements of relevant quality standards, such as DIN, IEC, ASTM, JIS and BS. The finished plated products have smooth surface with corrosion resistance, heat resistance and good weldability. We can supply different specifications according to customers’ requirements, such as line diameter, thickness of tin plating, hardness. Also we guarantee the continuity and adhesion of tin coating and evenness of tin thickness, and the brightness of copper wire.
